Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@seint.in with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  • SEINT reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.

Return Process (India):

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at support@seint.in to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Shipping:
    Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  3. Inspection and Approval:
    After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
  4. Refund Processing Time:
    Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.

International Returns (Rest of the World):

  • For international orders, customers must bear the shipping costs for returns.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as SEINT will not be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees will not be refunded for international returns.

Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund:
    If the product is returned in its original condition and meets the eligibility criteria, a full refund will be issued.
  • Partial Refunds:
    In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted (e.g., items with signs of use, damage not caused by our error, or missing original packaging).
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Gift cards
    • Discounted or sale items (unless defective)

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@seint.in. Exchanges are subject to availability. Return shipping charges will apply for the new item.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, SEINT will cover the return shipping costs. Please email support@seint.in with the details and photos of the product within 7 days of receipt. We will ensure a swift resolution.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our return process will apply.
