  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for processing returns.
  • SEINT reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.

Return Process (India):

  2. Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We will provide the return address and instructions once your return request is approved.
  3. Processing Time:
    Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. If the item meets the return eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
  4. Refund Method:
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return Process (International):

  • International customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • Please contact us at support@seint.in to initiate the return process. We will guide you through the return procedure.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SEINT is not liable for lost or undelivered returns.
  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during the return process are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email us at support@seint.in within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and ensure a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@seint.in. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Return shipping costs for the exchanged item will be covered by the customer.
